Located in Providence across State Street from the Department of Transportation, we are steps away from the capitol, and the Department of Health and Administration to serve our partners hands-on when necessary. Our dedicated staff considers customer service a key factor in partnering with an agency and our customer support team knows our services inside and out. If a customer has a question or problem while using one of our services, our support team is available to help via telephone, email or live chat from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday, excluding state holidays.
Questions, issues or compliments? All of our partners have a primary contact for each application that we host. We develop business continuity plans for various scenarios, enabling us to handle adversity quickly and our master contract with the state offers an uptime service pledge of 99.9%.
